I have finally posted the pattern for my RSS Socks. This is a fun pattern for cuff-down socks. The cuff has a picot edge which I think is very cute. I used short row heels because they are my favorite. Feel free to change them up if you prefer a heel flap.  I knit them with Classic Elite's Summer Sox. How appropriate. I finally wore them yesterday and they are quite comfortable. Most of my hand knit socks are wool, and get itchy in hot weather. These stayed nice and cool.
