Students throughout the district returned from winter vacation eager to learn and to celebrate the 100th day of school. With various activities based around the number 100, it was a fun way and an educational day to get back into their daily routines of learning. FJC first-graders in Ms. Elizabeth Filippi’s class engaged in multiple activities – they used 100 Legos to build, 100 pattern blocks to create designs, 100 cups to construct towers and even designed a gumball machine with 100 dots. The students also dressed as centenarians to share in the festivities!
