Students from Frank J. Carasiti Elementary School and Joseph A. Edgar Intermediate School showcased their science knowledge at Brookhaven National Laboratory’s 2016 Elementary School Science Fair.

During the event, the students displayed the projects that had earned them top prize in their school’s science fair competition. As a result of their creativity, two Frank J. Carasiti students – first-grader Nathan Watkis and second-grader Jennifer Tiskowitz – earned honorable mention in the regional contest.
